Unprofessional with lots of mistakes We engaged the firm for a straightforward home property sales & purchase transaction. Multiple careless mistakes were spotted by ourselves as client, which included: - incorrect calculation of the remaining deposit to pay (it was off by more than HK$1 million), - incorrect ownership structure drafted in the housing deed (incorrectly drafted with joint ownership instead of tenancy in common which we specifically requested) and - incorrect address on the housing deed - missed out the underwriting letter document when present documents for us to sign Charged a higher than market service fee for a very unprofessional service. The out of pocket fees is unreasonable and no transparency on the basis at all (charging equivalent to 10% of the fee for printing and travelling) Overall, the experience was unpleasant. I would warn everyone I know who is looking for a solicitor not to engage this firm unless you are prepared to identify all unprofessional and careless mistakes yourself while at the same time handling many other things during the home purchase process.

1) The staff is not helpful at all. The man in Yuen Long Branch responsible for my agreement is so impolite. 2) The fees and chargers are above average so I don’t expect the service would be that bad.
